Positions Vacant: Diesel Fitters Wanted!

We currently have an exciting opportunity for heavy earthmoving equipment Diesel Fitters to join the Inspec Industries team at our Mackay workshop.

The positions would suit a candidate with a minimum of 3 years post trade experience in a similar role. Experience on equipment such as D10, D11, 16M, 24M, CAT Dump trucks is an advantage.

This position is offering 12 hour shifts, either Monday to Friday or on the lifestyle roster. The successful candidate would be required to work in a team environment and autonomously. Dedication to safety and attention to detail is imperative within the Inspec team!

Successful applicants must have current:

  • Trade qualifications

  • Drivers Licence

The following would also be beneficial:

  • High Risk Licence – Forklift, Overhead Crane

  • Confined Space

  • Working at Heights

Inspec Industries has been operating for 25 years with over 200 employees between Mackay, Dysart, Rolleston and Hunter Valley operations.

We are vastly present throughout the Bowen Basin with our Field Service Team and complemented with our Mackay and Dysart Workshops. Our specialty is in Heavy Mobile Equipment, from full rebuilds through to breakdown, service and preventative maintenance. Inspec also offer light and heavy on road vehicle maintenance and repairs.
